The minutes of the October 2012 Executive Board Meeting were approved as distributed.

New Business:
Treasurer report
Amy went over Treasurer Report
Bank no longer sells checkbooks with two signatures
New checks no longer have second signature line
Filed taxes for last year

Change Carnival to Friday, April 12

Parents tend to stay after school to help
Kathy will contact the other schools regarding Friday Night deposit
Church is ok with Friday
Julie will do the volunteer coordination again this year
Kirsten motioned to have the carnival on Friday and Nancy second. Motioned passed with majority vote.

Our next Executive Board meeting will be December 5th at 6:30 in the lounge at Boone
